RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We at Mridakaari take utmost care with the packaging and transportation, but in case of products arriving damaged due to mishandling during logistics, the product will either be replaced or compensated by us, including the cost of shipping for the new product.
Once the product has arrived in its original condition and is in the client’s possession, we will not be responsible for any damage thereafter.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Ceramics is one of the most durable materials known to humankind. Buying a ceramic ware is a life-long investment and a value addition in your sustainable lifestyle. Each product being completely handmade from scratch is fired multiple times at a higher temperature than industry-made ceramics, resulting in the difference of better quality and pricing.
We use Food Safe Glazes making our products dishwasher and microwave safe, unless stated otherwise.
DISCLAIMER
The products are entirely handmade which allows for minor differences in any two products, be it of the same kind, including slight variation in terms of color due to the nature of glazes in the final firing.
As the products are photographed in natural light, the color may vary in different lighting.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 7-8 business days.
It takes 4-10 days from dispatch to delivery for all Domestic orders.

Registration and payment is required to secure a spot in class
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Complete refund will be provided if cancellation does occur before 1 week of commencement of the program.
- However after this duration, refund will be provided only if your seat gets occupied by a student on the waitlist or from your end. We will reach out to our database from our end and try to fill in the seat.
- Loss of time will not be compensated in case you are late.
- Make up session for a maximum of 2 classes will be provided based on the availability.
- Mridakaari will not offer refund for any more sessions missed or for the sessions you are late.
- Mridakaari reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule of classes. The participant will receive full refund in the event of cancellation. However, if the classes are rescheduled, there will be no refund.
STUDIO CLOSURE
If the studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, or an infectious disease such as Covid-19, we will make effort to reschedule the paused sessions. However we will not offer any refunds
TRANSFERS
Transfer to an alternative class date is possible only if there is any vacancy in another batch and it needs to be done 1 week before the course begins.
The seat can be transferred to a friend or family member only before the class begins.
