How and when can I purchase your pieces?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders for available products are typically shipped within 4-7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on your location. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly here.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since each piece is carefully handcrafted, there may be slight variations even in similar items. This is the natural beauty of handcrafted ceramics. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product details before placing your order or reach out to us here with any questions.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

CUSTOMIZATION & GIFTING

Can I place custom orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders for personalized designs, colors (from available glaze options), and sizes. Please reach out to us here to discuss your requirements!
Please note that we do not replicate or copy the works or styles of other artists.

Can I order bulk quantities for events or businesses?

Yes, we cater to bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, restaurants, and other events. Bulk orders are subject to quantity, requirements, and timelines. Please contact us here to discuss your specific needs.

What is the delivery time for a custom order?

The delivery time for custom orders typically ranges from 6-8 weeks, depending on the quantity and specific requirements. This timeline may vary based on the studio’s current commitments. A tentative timeline will be provided once the details are finalized.

How are payments for custom orders made?

For custom orders, a 50% advance booking fee is required once the order is finalized and scheduled. At this point, if you&’d like to make any revisions to your order, the prices will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that once work on your custom order begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my orders?

You may cancel your order before the work begins. Once work has started, you will be notified, and if you choose to cancel at that stage, the advance fee will not be refunded as materials and labor will have already been used.
Please note that orders placed during Shop Updates on the website are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
